Child Safety Standards

Last modified: 8 April 2026

1. Our commitment

Cloudbase has a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. We are committed to keeping our platform safe and free from content or behaviour that exploits or endangers children.

While Cloudbase is an 18+ platform designed exclusively for licensed skydivers and skydiving students, we take our responsibility seriously and have implemented standards and mechanisms to detect, report, and remove any CSAE material or behaviour.

2. Age restriction

Cloudbase requires all users to be at least 18 years old. This is enforced at account creation. Skydiving itself is restricted to adults in the jurisdictions where Cloudbase operates, and our platform is not directed at, designed for, or marketed to children.

3. Prohibited content and behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited on Cloudbase:

  • Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating the sexual exploitation or abuse of children
  • Sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Grooming or any attempt to establish inappropriate contact with minors
  • Any content that sexualises minors in any way
  • Using the platform to facilitate any form of child exploitation

4. Detection and moderation

Cloudbase employs the following measures to detect and prevent CSAE content:

  • All user-generated content (posts, comments, profile images) is subject to moderation
  • Accounts that violate these standards are immediately suspended and permanently banned
  • Reported content is reviewed promptly by our moderation team
  • We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

5. How to report

If you encounter any content or behaviour on Cloudbase that you believe involves the exploitation or abuse of children, please report it immediately using any of the following methods:

  • In-app reporting: Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on any post, comment, or profile and select "Report". Select the reason that best describes the issue.
  • Email: Contact us directly at safety@getcloudbase.com

All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly. You do not need to provide your identity to submit a report.

6. Response and enforcement

Upon receiving a report of potential CSAE content or behaviour, Cloudbase will:

  • Immediately remove the reported content pending investigation
  • Suspend the account of the reported user
  • Report the content and relevant account information to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) as required by law
  • Cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities
  • Permanently ban the offending user from the platform
